Aishwarya Kadam

Aishwarya Kadam is the Business Operations Manager at Biohm. She fosters operational excellence through digital and infrastructural transformation, maximising capacity for Biohm’s team of scientists, engineers, designers, and business innovators. As the pillar of Biohm’s processes, strategy, compliance, digital systems, change methods, and logistics, she is contributing to the development and scaling of Biohm’s regenerative biotechnologies.

She has over four years' experience in Business Operations and Strategy, specifically in CRM and ERP integration in medical manufacturing where she contributed to improving cardiovascular stent production through iterative enhancements. Aishwarya holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a BE in Instrumentation and Control, thus synchronising scientific expertise and innovation with business excellence.

Aishwarya is inspired by nature’s vast collaboration networks, where every unique individual plays a part in the balance of a wider system. She is shaped by the landscape of Pune, a city nestled between the Western Ghats and Deccan Plateau, where she grew up. Surrounded by lush hills, rivers, and valleys, Pune instilled Aishwarya with an appreciation for resilience and adaptability. The city’s mix of green hills and ancient forts, combined with its bustling urban areas, reflects a harmony between tradition, heritage, modernity, and progress.

When she isn’t at Biohm, Aishwarya can usually be found cooking, travelling, and painting.
